Today's profit making companies dont keep making profits for ever. In the case of Cellular industry, Airtel, Reliance and Hutch are fighting a nationwide battle and Aircel is a small player for them to wipe our soon.
So Sivasankaran did the right thing by selling it for a fancy price - so he made very high profits which he is investing in another business (Coffee plantations and Barista)
